Paddock Agistment

Apart from Peaceful Meadow’s own 50 acres, access to leased land next door is also available adding a further 40 acres of paddocks to the pasture available. Horses are kept in a large herd and rotated regularly through these paddocks to ensure the land is taken care of. Horses are supplement fed meadow hay rolls as required, which is specifically grown, cut and baled for horses here on the property. Our pasture is rich in good variety of annual and perennial grasses and horses have access to natural soaks on a regular basis, in which they gain important minerals and salts along with the opportunity to have a swim and splash in the water as well.

Horse are checked on a daily basis to make sure there are none obviously sick or injured as the owners live on site.
